Added the ability to apply Corrective Actions on
Private Agents where possible. i.e., If the private agent belongs to
the EAM user.
Agent Schedule Information is fortified with
supplementary data
a. Last Execution Time
b. Last Error (if any)
c. Last Run Duration
d. Last # of modified documents.
Added a Rich Text field to the Memo form so that the
sender can add screenshots, files, etc. when notifying the agent
owner, or initiating a ticket.
Introduced a Security Model for the Corrective Actions
via Roles. The roles below are needed to apply any Corrective Action
in EAM.
a. [CADEV] ==> Developer Role is needed for the "Design
Properties\*" Corrective Actions in eamaster.nsf
b. [CAADM] ==> Admin Role is needed for all the
Corrective Actions other than 'Design Properties" roles in
eamaster.nsf and eamreports.nsf
c. [CAALL] ==> All Role is able to perform any
Corrective Actions in both eamaster.nsd and eamreports.nsf
Added the ability to select DD location for lookups in
various such as Exception Configuration document so that a DD on any
server can be specified to look up server names from.
Added the ability to set the server to run on as Any
Server in Corrective Action "Set Server to run on"
Various enhancements to White listing Process are made.
a. Enhanced the existing white listed exceptions view
in eamaster.nsf to display who white listed the entry and when it
was white listed.
b. Enhanced the exception documents in eamreports.nsf
by linking them to the corresponding white list entry in
eamaster.nsf during the moment of white listing. This way the white
listed exception document in "In Progress" views can be used to
trace and delete the corresponding white listing entry.
c. Enhanced the white listing entry by adding a
comments field. This way the white listing person can add the reason
for white listing and specify when/how the white listing entry
expires.
